Artwork Print E-mail

After graduating from Salford College of Art in 1967, I started work as a commercial artist, first in Montreal, Canada, then in the studios of an advertising agency in Manchester, England. Digitisation allowed my move to Westray in 1994.I retired from the commercial world of design and artwork at the end of 2008. Phew!

I now just paint for pleasure (this web site is a bit of an ego trip!). Many of the paintings shown on this site were sold during my working life, some are new, others are out on loan or are on exhibition. The gallery at the house is now definitely closed.

Past exhibitions include Niagara-on-the-Lake in Canada, Tallahassee Florida USA, Rendsbourg Germany, Marmande France, Manchester and Cirencester
