Now I am fortunate to have retired from the advertising world, I am now free to paint whenever I want. When I had a gallery here at the house, I found that watercolours were the most popular painting sold locally, whereas oil painting sales were more popular on the web site. I would also work to commission, usually house portraits and landscapes. Nowadays I like to indulge myself and paint what and when I want. When the weather is poor I can sit in the studio and paint (or not, as the fancy takes me).
